It is set within attractive landscaped gardens and each apartment has its own parking space. More than half of the scheme is let on a long terms basis and there is waiting list to both buy and rent homes in the scheme.
We have had the same onsite warden and maintenance team for 10 years, who between them have built strong, long-lasting relationships with our residents. Our warden takes an extremely active role in the community and is key to its success.
Geering & Colyer have an excellent relationship with Foster and Payne. We have found them to be honest, fair and transparent in all our dealings with them. We always recommend their community at Captain Webb’s for anyone looking for retirement housing in the area. Shame they nearly always seem to have a waiting list!
I’ve lived here since Captain Webb’s was built and I’ve loved it since I arrived. The building itself is really secure with the doors and gates outside. I have seen many properties rented by private landlords and local lettings agents, but I have to say, the standard of these properties and the amenities are the best I have ever seen. I love living here because I feel so safe, we’ve made lots of friends because every time someone moves in, it’s a new face and we have a community room where we meet.
